quality, and we are confident that you will be satisfied with them.
However, if you are unhappy with a product, please contact us within
7 days of receiving your order to discuss an exchange or return.
Once your return is authorized, we will gladly refund your payment
minus the shipping and handling charges and a 20%
restocking fee. Any customized
or confectionery orders are not returnable. All
authorized exchanges or returns must be sent to Blue Bambu in their
original form and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any
returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
